Not Like Us Parody
At The Pop Out: Ken and Friends, Taraji P. Henson donned a Kendrick Lamar costume. When “Not Like Us” aired over the speakers, the BET Awards audience got ready for the song’s seventh pop-cultural moment. Then the humorous lyrics appeared. As a performer, Henson was more interested in bad movies and nepotism than she was in endorsing a side in the global controversy around Kendrick Drake.
