Following the success of his sixth album ‘Where We Started’, American country music icon and songwriter Thomas Rhett is gearing up for the release of his 7th studio album, ‘ A Woman’.
The singer announced the forthcoming and much-anticipated project in a statement shared on his Facebook page.
The sixth album was released via Big Machine ‘ Valory Imprint on the 1st of April 2022. Rhett collaborated with some of the world’s incredible singers including Katy Perry, Riley Green, Tyler Hubbard and Russel Dickerson.
Scheduled to be out on the 23rd of August, the about-to-be-released project houses 14 well-crafted and solid songs. ‘Gone Country ‘ and ‘Overdrive’ had earlier been released as lead singles. There are no features on ‘ A Woman’ as the singer will be shining alone on all the songs while maintaining his country music style.
In a pre-release statement, Rhett expressed his excitement over the project, disclosing that he has been working on it since last April.
He added that the 14-track album will be listeners’ favorite because it puts a smile on his face.
He wrote ” I’m so excited to tell y’all that my 7th album ‘About A Woman’ will be out on August 23rd! I’ve been working on this since last April and I can’t wait for y’all to hear it. I genuinely think this will be y’all’s favorite record of mine. 14 tracks that put a smile on my face – I hope they will do the same for you”
