Award-winning American musician Tink has updated the playlists of her fans and music lovers with a full-length studio album dubbed ‘Winter’s Diary 5’.
Released via EMPIRE, the album arrived on the 12th of July 2024. Starting her mixtape series in 2012, the new project marks the singer’s fifth entry.
The currently chart-topping and trending album houses 16 well-crafted songs that resonate with listeners and testify to Tink’s lyrical prowess and vocal dexterity. Before the release, she treated listeners with ‘Charged Up’, ‘Huh’ and ‘Songs About U’ featuring Summer Walker as lead singles.
‘Winter’s Diary 5’ features Award-winning musicians such as Jeremih, Janine, Skilla Baby and NoCap.
Reflecting on her journey and the new project’s significance to her in an Instagram post, she wrote;
“My journey hasn’t been straightforward in this industry. I’ve seen many turn their backs on me and underestimate my potential. However, my fans have stood by me relentlessly,” Tink posted. “This album is for us. It’s for anyone who’s faced setbacks or been underestimated – let this be your inspiration to keep pushing. I’ve put everything into this album, and I’m still pushing every day. Thanks to everyone who’s been part of this journey.”
Meanwhile, the new album follows Tink’s 2023 ‘Thanks 4 Nothing ‘ project which featured Ty Dolla Sign and Young Bleu.
On the ‘Magic Hour ‘ North American Tour, the singer is currently touring with Jhene Aiko. They will be playing shows in major cities including Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Diego.
