Spotify to Honour Women in Hip Hop with ‘The Gold Standard’ Art Exhibition 

For their contributions to the growth of hip hop in the 21st century, Digital and Streaming Platform (DSP), Spotify is celebrating and honouring women striving and breaking boundaries in the genre.

Spotify will recognize females from the hip-hop fraternity with a colourful art exhibition dubbed ‘The Gold Standard’ Exhibition.

The announcement was made through the official X platform of the DSP, exciting fans of female rappers and hip-hop enthusiasts in general.

Scheduled to come off on the 31st of July 2024, the forthcoming and much-anticipated exhibition will be held in New York, The Hole (312 Bowery) from 11 am to 8 pm. Anticipation is building amongst fans of the Hip hop community.

The forthcoming exhibition will feature portraits of artists such as Cardi B, Glorilla, Ice Spice, City Girls, Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Sexxy Redd, Saweetie and Flo Milli, created by artist Manon Biernacki.
