Despite persistent rumours of infidelity surrounding Offset, insiders insist that cheating is not the cause of the split. “They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else,” said one source. “This is something she wants to do.”
Cardi B, 31, and Offset, 32, who were married in September 2017, share two children: daughter Kulture, 5, and son Wave, 2. Cardi is seeking primary custody of their children and is reportedly determined not to reconcile this time. “She’s not folding,” a representative for Cardi confirmed to Page Six.
Recent rumours about Offset’s fidelity surfaced again this week when he was seen with a woman he had dated in the past. However, both he and Cardi have denied these rumours played a role in their separation.
