British legendary rock band Oasis has reunited, announcing a world tour after 15 years of separation and brotherly war.
The band which consists of Liam and Noel Gallagher was one of the most successful and influential European rock music stars until the Liam brothers’ separated in 2009 following verbal altercations and disagreements. Their captivating vocals and exceptional songwriting skills brought them huge fame and boosted their global reach in the 90’s.
The band announced the forthcoming and much-anticipated tour through a statement on its official website and social media platforms.
The unexpected news comes days after the celebration of the 30th anniversary of its debut full-length studio album ‘Definitely Maybe ‘ released in 1994. The album birthed some of the band’s greatest hits including “Live Forever,” “Rock ‘n’ Roll Star” and “Supersonic” and marked the beginning of Oasis’ remarkably fast rise to fame.
Scheduled to kickstart on the 4th of July 2025, Oasis will begin the reunion tour in Cardiff, making stops in major cities such as Manchester, London, and Edinburgh before wrapping in Dublin on the 17th of August.
In a post on X, Noel Gallagher, one-half of the band wrote “This is it, this is happening”
