Ghanaian Afrobeats and Afropop singer and songwriter King Promise is set to thrill his British fans and music lovers with a star-studded concert.
Promise announced the forthcoming concert through a statement shared on his official social media platforms. According to him in his announcement, it’s his only UK show for the year.
Scheduled to come off on the 11th of December 2024, the much-anticipated event will be held at London’s popular venue Outernet.
The forthcoming show is part of the singer’s ongoing ‘True To Self’ world tour commenced on August 3 in New York City and will take King Promise to 12 cities across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia over the next few months.
He is scheduled to play in Tokyo, Gold Coast, Gothenburg, Adelaide Australia, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Kuala Lumpur, Gothenburg, Vienna etc before wrapping up at Amsterdam’s Paradiso on the 4th of December this year. The tour is in honour of his ‘True To Self’ full-length studio album.
Released in June this year, the album features collaborations from top-notch musicians such as Sarkodie, OliveTheBoy, Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Shallipopi, Fridayy, Lasmid, Gabzy etc. Some songs on it include ‘Believe’, ‘Continental’, ‘Favorite Story’, ‘Own It’, ‘Permission Granted’ etc.
