In their local colloquialism, ‘Asakaa’ is the backward pronunciation of ‘Kasa’ which translates from Asante Twi to English as “Speak”. Riding on drill-infused beats and instrumentals, the rappers convey aggressive messages using their native Twi dialect blended with English and Nigeria’s “pidgin”. They are known for hit songs such as “Cinderella,”

Y3 y3 dom,” “Oh Ma ‘Linda,” “Distance Relationship,” and “Obaa hemma,” among other hits.

Following their debut sold-out concerts in Manchester, Northampton and London in 2023, the young musicians are planning to return to the UK this year.

Scheduled to come off on Saturday the 24th of August 2024, the event will be held at The Clapham Grand, South London. Doors to the concert will be opened at exactly 6:00 PM.
