The ‘Lonely At The Top’ hitmaker has broken the record for most entries in Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart history with an impressive 50 entries.
The historic milestone attained by the singer makes him the Nigerian artist in history to set such an unprecedented record. He surpasses Grammy-award-winning singer Burna Boy who earlier had 46 entries in the chart.
The YBNL reached the new feat weeks after his third full-length studio album ‘Lungu Boy’ debuted at number 115 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Since the release of his debut album “Mr Money With The Vibes”, he continues to strive for more recognition, building his catalogue and boosting his audience appeal. Proving his lyrical prowess and versatility, he explored multiple genres including Afrobeats, Afrobeat, Fuji etc in his new album.
Recently, he surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify, joining the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, Kizz Daniel, Ckay, Ayra Starr Omah Lay etc as Nigerian stars with billions of streams on the platform.
