Billboard Backs Tyla for “Album Of The Year” Nomination at 67th Grammy Awards 

Billboard has predicted South African R&B singer and songwriter, Tyla to score a huge nomination for the “Album of the Year” category at the forthcoming 67th Grammy Awards.

This comes after the Recording Academy, the organization behind the global and prestigious Awards ceremony opened submissions for consideration at this year’s ceremony.

According to the Academy in a statement, the Online Entry Process runs from the 17th of July to the 30th of August 2024.

Tyla is predicted to be nominated for Album Of The Year with her debut album “Tyla” in Billboard’s ‘2025 Big Grammy nomination predictions ‘.

As predicted, the ‘Water’ singer will be battling Beyonce’s ‘Cowboy Carter’ album, Sabrina Carpenter’s sixth studio album ‘Short N’ Sweet’, Billie Eilish’s ‘Hit Me Hard And Soft’, ‘Eternal Sunshine ‘ by Ariana Grande, Chappell Roan, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, Chris Stapleton’s ‘Higher’ and Taylor Swift, The Tortured Poets Department. The nominees for the Album Of The Year must have been released during the eligibility period (Sept. 16, 2023-Aug. 30, 2024).
