Nigerian music star Burna Boy became the first Afrobeats artist to perform at the Grammy ceremony and delivered a performance that left the audience asking for more.
He began his performance with an intro led by green Agbada-wearing talking drum players, and the music then segued nicely into “On Form,” off his “I Told Them” album. Burna Boy was later joined on stage by Brandy and 21 Savage for a rendition of his nominated single ‘Sittin’ On Top Of The World’.
The crowd gave Burna Boy a hearty round of applause during his three-minute performance.
