Released on Friday, the 23rd of August 2024, in five different versions, the single is off the legendary band’s forthcoming and much-anticipated 10th full-length studio album ‘Moon Music’.

The five versions are available now on EcoCD and in recycled 12” format, while the Tini version will be available on streaming sites on Sept. 6, and the Elyanna version will follow on Sept. 20. The Glastonbury live rendition is exclusive to the physical versions.

The band announced the forthcoming album through a statement on their official social media platform, exciting fans and music lovers.

Before the official release, Coldplay on the 21st of June dropped ‘Feels Like I’m Falling’ featuring Brazilian disc jockey and record producer, Zerb as a lead single. The record testifies to their versatility and ability to create hit songs.

Produced by Max Martin, ‘Moon Music’ is scheduled to arrive on the 4th of October 2024 via Parlophone in the United Kingdom and Atlantic Records in the United States. It follows their ninth ‘Music Of The Spheres’ studio project.

Moon Music will be pressed on a world-first 140g EcoRecord LP, made entirely from recycled plastic bottles. It is expected to see an 85 per cent reduction in carbon emissions compared to standard vinyl production.

It comes after the band recently shared a new update from their eco-friendly world tour, revealing that they have reduced their emissions by a huge 59 per cent.

According to Chris Martin, the forthcoming album may be  Coldplay’s last career project as the band will stop making music in 2025.

“Well I know I can tell you: our last proper record will come out in 2025 and after that, I think we will only tour,” Martin said during a 2021 interview with Jo Wiley. “Maybe we’ll do some collaborative things but the Coldplay catalogue, as it were, finishes then.”
