The announcement was accompanied by a nicely shot and edited trailer, heightening anticipation of the forthcoming release. The ominous clip finds Em in search of Slim Shady as he finds a missing poster for him on a milk carton that he leaves to spill across the gas station mart floor.

The Alchemist stars as the employee stuck with cleaning up Eminem’s mess while demanding he leave. “Ge the f–k out of here,” he said with a New York accent as the Jelly Roll-assisted “Somebody Save Me” plays over the store’s speakers. “Don’t come back. They don’t pay me enough for this s–t.”

Scheduled to arrive on Friday the 13th of September, fans and music lovers are yet to know how many additional tracks have been added to the project.

Sharing the trailer on his official social media platforms, he captioned it;

“MISSING: SLIM SHADY Have you seen him #TheDeathOfSlimShady Expanded Mourner’s Edition drops this Friday the 13th…”

Released this year, ‘The Death Of Slim Shady’ is the ‘Not Afraid’ rapper’s first full album in four years. It follows his ‘Music To Be Murdered’ project released in 2020. TDOSS features Big Sean, Babytron, Skylar Grey, Eminem’s daughter Hailie Mather etc.
