Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Flavour has surprised fans and music lovers with the release of “Flavour Experience.”
Released over the week, the EP comes as a surprise because he never hinted at it. Cover art and tracklist were never unveiled.
In the new project, the singer handpicked seven of his timeless old songs and turned them into an acoustic version. He adds more rhythms, melodies and touches to the already classic records.
‘Sexy Rosey’, ‘Baby Oku’, Obianuju, Oyi, Special One, I’m For Real, and Chinny Baby are the songs of the acoustic-inspired project. ‘Flavour Experience’ testifies to the musician’s creativity, artistry and lyrical prowess.
The acoustic versions resonate with listeners and offer them a fresh and intimate intake of the original songs. They haven’t only added more sauce to the old classics but also boosted their global reach and audience appeal.
