Celebrated American rapper and songwriter Future is gearing up for the release of his third project of the year ‘Mixtape Pluto.’
The Atlanta rapper had earlier in collaboration with Metro Boomin dropped ‘We Don’t Trust You’ and ‘We Still Don’t Trust You’ earlier this year, embarking on a successful world tour.
On Wednesday the 11th of September, Future announced the release date of the project and unveiled its official cover art.
Future also revealed the cover art for the new project, which features the famed Dungeon family house drenched in pink fluorescent lighting.
Scheduled to be released on the 20th of this month, ‘Pluto Mixtape’ boasts of 17 tracks per Apple Music. Featured artists are yet to be known.
Freebandz’s website added merch and vinyl bundles for fans wanting to pre-order the project. CDs and vinyl records are available solo with an alternate cover switching out the pink for lime-green Brat-infused lighting in the Dungeon. The $40 bundles come with shirts in two options — purple/white or black/green.
After the announcement of the mixtape on his official social media platforms, the Atlanta rap icon teased a new song ‘Too Fast’.
While featured artists remain unknown, Travis Scott has constantly hinted at his involvement in the project, heightening anticipation of the unveiling of the featured artists. Last week, he previewed a snippet from a collaboration that appears to be titled “South of France.”
