American rapper GloRilla is geared to take centre stage with her talent at the forthcoming 2025 Honda Battle Of The Bands.
GloRilla is scheduled to close the much-anticipated event with an electrifying and show-stopping performance. Scheduled to come off on the 1st of February 2024, the ceremony will be held at the spacious Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles. The competition will feature six Historically Black College and University marching bands facing off for the first time on the West Coast.
Speaking on her gig, the female lyricist said in a statement “I can’t wait to turn up the energy at the 2025 Honda Battle of the Bands Invitational Showcase with these dope HBCU marching bands, this event is gonna be straight fire, showcasing the beauty and brilliance of Black culture”
Alabama A&M University, Alabama State University, Hampton University, North Carolina A&T State University, Southern University and University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff are the six HBCU schools competing in the upcoming tournament.
Tickets for the event are still on sale over at Ticketmaster. The competition is slated to kick off at 1 p.m. PT on Feb. 1. Nick Cannon will be taking it back to his days of starring in Drumline as he will be playing host for the Honda Battle of the Bands.
