Responding to the lawsuit on the same day it was filed in statement, the rapper accused Texas based attorney who filed it Buzbee of an attempted blackmail. He also cited inconsistencies in the allegations.

Days after the suit and response, the woman who accused the ”Forever Young” hitmaker has admitted in an NBC News interview that she “made a serious mistake” and her testimony was “inconsistent”.

The woman – who currently lives in Alabama – said that her father picked her up after the alleged sexual abuse, but he contradicts his daughter, claiming that he does not remember it.

In addition, images from that night show JAY-Z in a different location than the one described by the woman.

Reacting to the interview which has sparked a heated argument as to how credible the suit is, the rap icon argued that it proves that Buzbee filed a false complaint against him in pursuit of money and fame.

He added that the alleged incident never happened, yet the Texas based attorney filed it in court and doubled down in the press.

Jay’s attorney added that ”It is stunning that a lawyer will file such serious complaint without proper vetting, but would make things worse by further peddling this false story in the press.
