After being on the road for months for his power-packed ‘True To Self’ Europe tour, Ghanaian Afrobeat and Afro-pop artist King Promise wrapped up the whole show in the UK, London.
Following successful stops in major European cities including Copenhagen, Hamburg, Paris, etc the ‘Terminator’ hitmaker took finally took center stage at London’s popular venue, Outernet for a memorable and show-stopping display.
The MOBO Awards nominee thrilled patrons and fans at Outernet on the 11th of December.
It was an upgraded version of all his shows as he brought out some special guest artists for star-studded performances. Darkovibes came for the performance of their hit single ‘Inna Song’ and Gabzy was also on stage to marvel audience.
Promise performed some of the songs from his ‘True to Self’ album, giving fans fresh vibes and taste of the well-crafted records.
Fans had a fun experience, and it was a night to remember as videos shared on various social media platforms capture many foreign fans jamming while Promise performed. The show was a testament to the Ghanaian superstar’s rising popularity and global reach.
The tour has been successful as the singer has sold out popular venues across the globe including Asia. He shut down Singapore, Indonesia and Japan, historically becoming the first Ghanaian act to sell out a show in Asia.
King Promise has had a great year in the Year Under Review, from releasing his full album, hit singles and touring to dominating Awards ceremonies. He is the only Ghanaian nominated for ‘Best International Act’ alongside Tems, Odumodou Blvk, Uncle Waffles, Ayra Starr, Ruger & BNXN, Rema, etc.
