Ghanaian rapper Kwesi Arthur has announced that he will not be performing at the forthcoming Summer Out concert in Barcelona on Saturday 17th August.
The rapper announced the performance’s cancellation in a statement shared on his official X platform.
Breaking the unexpected news, the ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker cited difficulty securing a visa as the reason behind his decision.
Promising to rectify the situation with his team, he urged patrons to come out in their numbers to support his fellow artists who would be performing.
He further indicated that new dates for his European tour will be announced soon.
“It saddens me to inform you that I will not be able to perform at Summer Out in Barcelona tomorrow due to visa issues.” he wrote on X

Meanwhile, on July 16th, through an X post, the rapper announced the Summer concert. The flier that accompanied the announcement featured rapper Kofi Mole as one of the performing artists at the event.
