Professional basketball player Lebron James has shared a dream he had involving rapper Snoop Dogg and record producer Dr Dre’s concert.
Throughout his Hall Of Fame career, Lebron has always been good at storytelling. He shared the dream involving the creatives’ concert he woke up from on Sunday, Nov. 10 through an X post.
Though James never went to College, he made the jump to the NBA in 2003 from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio. In the dream, he was playing for the legendary Mike Krzyzewski at Duke University.
“Just woke up from having a dream I was playing for Duke for Coach K inside Cameron Indoor Stadium! It was INSANE in there,” he began. “Told Coach K it was an honor to suit up for him and he said the same thing back to me. He’s such a LEGEND!”, the Basketball icon wrote on his X platform.

Continuing with the narration of his dream, he disclosed that the game turned into a concert, where Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre were hyping the crowd.
“It turned right into a concert,” James added. “Snoop & Dre were the performers and they was doing the song ‘The Next Episode.’ The roof inside Cameron damn near came off! Haha. Then my [alarm clock] went off and I woke up.”, added James.
With college basketball season in full swing and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s Missionary album slated to arrive in December, maybe James’ dream isn’t too far fetched from being a real possibility — sans him on the court and Coach K roaming on the sidelines. Krzyzewski retired from coaching Duke after serving as the head coach of the team from 1980 through the 2022 season. He won five national titles at the helm.
Dogg and Dre are gearing up for the release of their first album since their 1993’s ‘Doggystyle’ project. Scheduled to be released on the 13th of December, the album features collaborations from Jelly Roll, Sting and more.
