It appears that American rapper and OTF Founder Lil Durk has more legal battles at than fans thought.
In a new unsealed indictment, Durk is being accused of second murder.
According to a report on Thursday the 12th of December, in a new unsealed indictment on Wednesday, Dec 11, discloses that prosecutors are connecting the rapper to the murder of Stephon Mack, who was shot and killed after exiting the Youth Peace Council in Chicago on the 27th of January 2022.
According to Authorities, Mack was the leader of the Smashville faction of the Gangster Disciples who may have been behind the killing of Durk’s brother, Derrick AKA ‘OTF Dthang” Banks. Durk is yet to be charged in the Chicago crime.
In April 2023, the indictment was originally filed and only unsealed this week. Authorities have accused Durk, born Durk Banks of continuing to offer bounties for those responsible for his brother’s death.
“Lil Durk was and still is offering money for people to kill those responsible for his brother’s murder, and more specifically, offering to pay money for any Gangster Disciple that is killed,” a federal agent wrote in April 2023.
The new unsealed indictment comes days before the ”All My Life’ rapper is scheduled to have a detention on Dec 16 for his Murder-For-Hire case. In November this year, the rapper was arrested in South Florida by U.S Marshals after he was accused of masterminding the attempted murder of his rival rapper Quando Rondo in August 2022. In the that case, Durk is being accused of hiring five hit men to murder Quando Rondo, who was accused of killing Durk’s artist King Von.
