Last month at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra, the ground-breaking initiative and campaign
“Live the Music” was launched. The initiative is positioned to not only unite all fields in our creative industry but to also develop solutions to the challenges facing it.

The event saw the outdooring of several initiatives under its umbrella, including Women in Music. Women in Music is curated towards connecting women within the music industry while providing platforms to enhance their skills and knowledge. It is also an avenue to empower and celebrate women working behind the scenes.
To set the ball rolling, the first Women in Music brunch will be held on the 7th of September 2024 at the Mix Hub. The event will be graced by women from all aspects of the music industry including producers, DJs, and music business executives will be present at the event.
The event is strictly by invitation.
