Even behind bars, American R&B singer and songwriter Sean Diddy Combs, known by his stage as P Diddy is facing more lawsuits from different victims.

In one of three lawsuits that have hit Diddy, a man is accusing him of drugging and raping him at a hotel he [Diddy] was arrested back in September.

On Thursday the 12th of December, an unexpected news broke out that the embattled musician is facing a trio of new lawsuits filed in the Supreme Court of New York. Three unnamed plaintiffs are accusing the media mogul of drugging and sexual assaults back in 2019. One accuser claims they were raped at Diddy’s residence in the Hamptons. According to the other two accusers, the crime happened at a hotel.

One of the alleged victims claims the crime happened at the Park Hyatt Hotel on the 57th Street in New York where Diddy was taken into custody by Feds back in September.

Responding to the allegations, the singer’s Attorneys said ””These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

Diddy’s legal representation has a tough battle under their sleeves as he has been hit hard with over 30 lawsuits from victims who have accused him of abusing and sexually assaulting them on multiple occasions. He has been accused of other serious criminal charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has been denied pretrial release multiple times and will remain in jail until his trial, which is scheduled to start on May 5, 2025.
