American R&B superstar Selena Gomez and record producer-songwriter Benny Blanco are officially engaged.

Selena announced her engagement to her to her fiancée in a series of posts on her Instagram account.

Sharing a quartet of pictures, she wrote ”Forever begins now”

First shot of the pictures shared on her Instagram featured the beautiful engagement on her hand while the second shot captures the singer admiring the expensive jewellery while she sat on a picnic blanket.

The third photo features the stunning musician laughing while covering her face with the hand wearing the ring. The final image shows Blanco leaning over while he hugged and kissed Gomez in what appeared to be a bathroom closet while she smiled and showed off the ring.

Reacting to the singer’s post, her would-be husband, Blanco wrote in the comments section ”Hey That’s my wife”.

Celebrities including Taylor Swift, Cardi B have reacted to Gomez’s engagement on her Instagram.

In the comments section, Cardi B wrote ‘Hey Wait”.

Taylor also requested to be the flower girl at Gomez’s wedding.
