Ghanaian afro-dancehall artist Stonebwoy after performing across the globe has closed the year with his annual ‘Bhim festival’.
Held on the 22nd of December at La Palm Royal Beach hotel, this year’s edition was a lifetime and never seen experience as the festival was taken to the beach for the first time.
This year’s ‘Bhim festival’ was a mixed of 21st century rhythms and some good old days vibes as it featured performances from both legends and current top talents of the Ghanaian music industry.
Grammy-nominated Rocky Dawuni, legendary music groups Praye and FBS, Kwaw Kesse, Guru, Efya, Camidoh, etc all graced the stage with electrifying performances. Carribean dancehall superstars Jashii, Blvk H3ro, and Spice and Nigerian afrobeats act Davido all thrilled patrons with show-stopping displays.
While Stonebwoy performed ‘Buffalo Soldier’ with Rocky Dawuni, Spice joined him on stage for the performance of their smashing hit ‘Jiggle and Whine’.
Patrons were taken back to the good old days when Praye and FBS climbed on stage to wow them with their throwback classics. This year’s ‘Bhim festival’ was worth remembering, fun experience and memorable.
In a post-concert statement accompanied by a video highlighting the show shared on X, the singer expressed excitement for turning his annual concert into a festival at the beach edition. He thanked all who showed up at the event to support.
