American rapper Young Thug’s Co-defendant in his YSL RICO TRIAL Quamarvious Nichols has agreed to a plea deal .
On Tuesday the 29th of October, Quamarvious aged 29 reached a plea deal with prosecutors according to report by The Outlets. He pleaded guilty to a single count of violating Georgia’s anti-racketeering laws in exchange for having several charges dropped, including murder and weapons.
Though he will only have to serve seven years in prison followed by 13 years probation, including credit for the two years he’s already spent in jail, Superior Court Judge Paige Whitaker agreed to a negotiated 20-year sentence for Nichols.
He had been facing a potential life sentence.
Nichols’ plea deal means only four other co-defendants remain alongside Young Thug in the trial. The YSL RICO TRIAL is now the longest-running criminal case in Georgia state history following 10 months of jury selection and another 11 months of testimony.
“Stay out of all kinds of trouble,” Whitaker reportedly told Nichols in court while handing down the negotiated sentence. “Make this a birthday present to yourself, to your wife and your family.”
